Advanced Nuclear Technologies: Power Progress⚛️ TLDR: - Energy demand is surging due to AI, electric vehicles, and global decarbonization efforts.
- Advanced nuclear reactors, including Generation IV designs, promise safer, cleaner, and more efficient power.
- Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) can be factory-built, transported, and combined for scalable clean energy generation.
- These reactors use alternative coolants—like molten salt or helium—to enhance safety and reduce costs.
- Major nations, including the US, UK, China, and South Korea, are investing heavily in SMR deployment.
- The ultimate goal is fusion power—a nearly limitless source of clean energy inspired by the sun.
- Advanced nuclear tech could double global nuclear capacity by 2050, accelerating the net-zero transition.

Building the Future: PAP Cohort 4’s Hardware Hackathon The energy was electric at our Cohort 4 Hardware Hackathon, where students transformed bold ideas into functional prototypes. From circuit design to embedded programming, each project reflected creativity, teamwork, and the spirit of innovation that defines 10xTechClub. |
| | Innovation in Action: JTIP Capstone Showcase Junior Tech Innovators Program (JTIP): Sparking Young Minds with Innovation
In Oct 2025, we celebrated a heart-warming and inspiring milestone as the JTIP program hosted its much-anticipated Capstone showcase event. Far more than just a competition, this event was a celebration of creativity, curiosity, and the joy of hands-on learning among our youngest tech enthusiasts. The day began with an empowering mentor speech, setting an inspiring tone and reminding students and parents alike of the power of perseverance, creativity, and teamwork. The energy quickly turned playful and competitive as students tackled an exciting maze challenge, testing both their problem-solving and collaborative skills. The JTIP event was not only a showcase of talent but also a celebration of growth, confidence, and community. As we reflect on this memorable day, we look forward with excitement to nurturing even more young innovators and seeing where their creativity will take them next!

Guided by Mentors, Built by Students: Hackathon Projects. With mentor guidance every step of the way, our Rockstars turned their ideas into reality. Mentors provided direction and expertise, while students took charge of execution — designing, coding, and building prototypes themselves.
Autonomous Rover:
Our students built a smart rover that can detect obstacles in front of it and navigate around them automatically. Using ultrasonic sensors, a servo motor, and an ESP32 microcontroller, the rover senses its surroundings and makes real-time decisions without manual control.
This project gave students hands-on experience in coding, electronics, and problem-solving, allowing them to turn ideas into a fully functional, autonomous robot. It’s a perfect example of how mentorship and creativity come together to bring tech projects to life. |

|
Jett Engine:
Our students designed the Jett Engine, a project that demonstrates the power of aerodynamics and propulsion. Using motors, fans, and sensors, the engine can generate thrust and move small models forward, helping students understand how real engines work.
This hands-on project let students explore physics, engineering, and coding, while learning to build, test, and improve their designs. It’s a great example of turning science concepts into a working, fun prototype. |
